The Story Behind the Design

The skull and crossbones—represented here with crossed hammers—symbolize transformation. Sometimes, we have to let go of what no longer serves us in order to make space for something new. It's a nod to the beauty of release and the courage it takes to evolve.

Above the skull, the star represents hope, inspiration, and renewal. I want this design to spark something lasting in the people who wear it—a reminder of resilience, creativity, and forward movement. At Third Raven, we create fearlessly—always experimenting, problem-solving, and refining to craft designs that mean something and stand the test of time.

The Design: Sketched out, graphically designed and then hand printed with silkscreen using water based ink.

The Tank: Up-cycled Hanes Tanks 100% cotton (solids) 75% cotton/25% polyester heathers. made with Cool Comfort® fabric
